Terms and Conditions for Use of Data Lists
#### General Disclaimer
Catholic Data Co, LLC ("the Company") offers a range of data lists to support Catholic organizations in their outreach and operational efforts. These offerings include ZIP Code Lists, Parish Lists, and Catholic Schools Lists, each available in comprehensive national formats or segmented by specific states to cater to the unique needs of our clients. These lists are designed to serve as crucial resources, facilitating effective communication and coordination within the Catholic community.
Despite the Company's diligent efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information contained within these lists, through thorough review processes and validation by professional data verification firms, it is important to acknowledge that complete accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Structural changes within the Catholic community, such as parish closures, school consolidations, and the reassignment of clergy, can affect the accuracy of the data. Furthermore, in instances where direct contact information was not publicly available, the Company has employed inferred methods based on common patterns to approximate such details, particularly for email addresses. Although these methods are applied with careful consideration, the accuracy of inferred contact information cannot be fully assured.
For dioceses where a common email address pattern was observed, the Company has attempted to intuit the email addresses for entities that were not directly available online. This method, while conducted with careful consideration, is not infallible, and as such, the accuracy of these intuitively derived email addresses cannot be guaranteed.
In specific scenarios, such as dioceses where the number of parishes is significantly outnumbered by the number of missions and where one or two priests cover 6 or more parishes (i.e., the Diocese of Santa Fe, NM), we made the decision to only include the contact information for the "parent parish." This approach was taken as it was difficult to identify much more than a phone number for many mission parishes, ensuring our lists are as useful and concise as possible while acknowledging the unique organizational structures within certain dioceses.
The Company wishes to emphasize that despite our best efforts and methodologies, we cannot guarantee that the entries in each list represent the entirety of entries that could potentially be included. For instance, we cannot assure that the Colorado - Catholic Schools List contains every Catholic school in the state of Colorado. This limitation should be taken into consideration when utilizing our data lists.
#### Limitations of Liability
The Company explicitly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or any other warranty, express or implied. The Data Lists are provided "as is," and users assume all risks associated with their use. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Data Lists, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
#### No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Data Lists provided by Catholic Data Co, LLC, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Once a Data List has been purchased and delivered, it is considered consumed. We encourage our customers to review all available information and ask any questions before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction with the Data Lists.

The distribution, resale, or sharing of any Data Lists obtained from Catholic Data Co, LLC without explicit permission is strictly prohibited. The Data Lists are protected under copyright laws, which safeguard original works of authorship, including but not limited to text, databases, and software. Unauthorized distribution or sharing of these Data Lists could constitute copyright infringement, punishable under the law.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the purchasing organization grants Catholic Data Co, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the organization's logo as a testament to their status as a trusted partner or satisfied customer. This authorization allows the Company to include the organization's logo in its marketing materials, website, or other promotional content to highlight the affiliation. The Company agrees not to modify or alter the organization's logo without prior written consent. This agreement helps the Company showcase its relationships and customer satisfaction while respecting the integrity of the organization's branding.
By using the Data Lists provided by Catholic Data Co, LLC, users agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms are binding and enforceable under applicable law. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
